We do drop ship and will call for online and local customers and provide name brand consumer electronic products.
2. How can I order from Brainstorm?

3. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfer, cashier check and money orders.
4. Is it safe to buy from you?
Yes, we are a legitimate corporation registered in our state. We have been doing business with a select group of qualified manufacturers and suppliers ensuring top quality products. We stand behind everything we sell.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to customers worldwide. We can arrange for shipping and give you a competitive freight quote via insured air freight with carriers such as BaxGlobal, FedEx, UPS, and others. We can also arrange for product to be picked up by your freight forwarder. In most cases, we can bill your shipper account directly.
6. Do you offer drop-ship fulfillment?
Yes, we can drop-ship to end users only in the United States. However, shipping and handling charges may be applied onto the order.
7. Do I have to be a registered business to buy from you?
You do not need to register from us, but if products is bought locally, then will have to pay CA State sales tax.
8. I have some product for sale. How do I sell it to you?
We are always interested in buying electronics and accessories. If you have any product for sale, please contact our sales department, and we will get back as soon as we can. Please be sure to include product’s model number, quantity, price, and warranty details.
9. What is your return policy?
Please read the following carefully:
All returns are subject to pre-approval.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Brainstorm prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer’s box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer’s warranty.

11. How long will it take to receive my product once I pay?
We will ship the product out within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Usually, it will ship out the same day or next day and will take up to 5 business days to receive, depending on your location in the U.S. For international shipments, it may take a little longer to receive the shipment, usually 7-10 days. Tracking numbers will be email to you as soon as they are available.
12. What is the product warranty?
Most products still carry original manufacturer warranties which can be serviced directly by the manufacturer when sending back to them for warranty service. You can find the most return instructions at the manufacturer's support site.
